Khó͘-hoân-ko (許寰哥) (?-1865)
The progenitor of this prominent Filipino family originated in Hongjian Village in Fujian, China. He was of Hokkien Chinese descent and traveled to the Phillippines in 1861.
Jose Cojuanco (1865-death)
After settling in Bulacan, he changed his name upon converting to Christianity.
His descendants would occupy important positions in Filipino society, such as acting, politics, business, and even the presidency.
